Human Resources Manager

Mark Gumba’s role at CCFS is to provide support to upper level management on human resources– related issues, conduct all aspects of HR-related tasks (recruiting and employment, employee relations, performance management, timekeeping, etc.) and serve as office manager on tasks related to space planning, facilities, etc. He also provides HR Generalist Support to Center employees such assisting with the hiring, on-boarding, tracking leave, handling termination paperwork and other HR tasks.

Mr. Gumba has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management with a Minor in Marketing and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management, both from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. He is also currently studying for his SHRM-CP Certification.

Mr. Gumba’s goal is to make sure that his HR role aligns with the Center’s mission, which is “to enhance the capacity of organizations that serve children and families.”
