Traci Gilden

Quality Assurance Supervisor

Traci Gilden currently serves in the role of a Quality Assurance Review Supervisor at the Center for Child and Family Studies.  Her emphasis is in the oversight of Foster Home Licensing, Intakes and Unfounded Cases. 

The QA Review Team is responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews through a contract with the Department of Social Services.  We review compliance in Foster Care, Family Preservation, Foster Home Licensing, Intake and Unfounded/Investigated cases. 

Prior to coming to the Center for Child and Family Studies, Traci worked at the State Office DSS in IV-E eligibility determinations as well as foster home licensing.  Before this, the majority of her work history has been in the private sector of Therapeutic Foster Care. She has been involved in child welfare in various capacities, such as a Quality Assurance Manager, Training Manager as well as Operations and Program Management.  She obtained her BS degree from Charleston Southern University with a major in Sociology and a minor in Speech and Communications.
