Charmaine Judge

Child Welfare Trainer

Charmaine Judge is a child welfare trainer at the Center for Child and Family Studies. Charmaine uses her practical life experiences along with her customer service training experience to prepare child welfare professionals to serve the children and families of South Carolina while promoting collaboration and responsiveness.

Charmaine has more than 15 years of training and development experience. Her prior employment includes serving as a Customer Service Learning and Development trainer at Verizon Wireless and Training and Development Director with the Department of Employment and Workforce.

Charmaine holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Webster University in Columbia, SC. She received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Grambling State University in Grambling, LA.

Charmaine believes in doing the right thing for the right reasons, even when no one is watching.
