Adult Protect Services Trainer

As part of the Adult Protective Services Training team, Zandarr Spry delivers training to client partners and serves as subject matter expert on a wide range of training topics. He works conjunctively in the process of quality improvement in the continuum of training, development, evaluation, and quality assurance. Although he is assiduous with multiple projects, a concentrated focus is on delivery of course material using face-to-face, web-based, and/or video conferencing mediums.

Prior to joining the Center for Child and Family Studies, Zandarr had the privilege of gaining twelve years’ experience in the field of human services, with six of those years at the Department of Social Services, eight years’ experience as a mental health paraprofessional, and four years as an employment consultant. His educational training was attained by way of Webster University and Coastal Carolina University; he attained a Master of Arts degree in human resource management, a Master of Arts degree in counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.

One of Zandarr’s favorite aphorisms is, “Do not withhold good from to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do.” With that adage being a part of his core belief, his personal mission is to make things equitable for everyone, especially the vulnerable.
