As a Quality Assurance Reviewer at the Center for Child and Family Studies. Darlene Jones-Jack conducts quality assurance reviews for the SC Department of Social Services Child Welfare cases to determine how families were assessed for services and the services that were provided to the families.

The Center for Child and Family Studies Quality Assurance Department has a partnership with the Department of Social Serves to determine how children and families were assessed and provides services to ensure the safety, permanency and well-being of families in South Carolina.

Darlene has worked at the Center for Child and Family Studies for two years. Her first position was as a graduate assistant for the National Youth in Transition Database. She worked at Richland County Department of Social Services for three years and she also worked as an Academic Mentor for the University of South Carolina Athletic Program for three years. Darlene received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and she received her master’s degree from the College of Social Work at the University of South Carolina.
