Sylvia Flint, MSPH, MCHES

Quality Assurance Reviewer

Sylvia Flint is responsible for conducting quality assurance (QA) reviews for the South Carolina Department of Social Services.

Mrs. Flint is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist with over fourteen years of experience in planning, monitoring, implementing, and evaluating public health programs. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education; Master of Science Degree in Public Health, Health Promotion and Education; and Graduate Certificate in Women’s Studies from the University of South Carolina (USC).

Prior to joining The Center in 2012, Mrs. Flint worked with the USC Prevention Research Center focused on co-developing and co-facilitating an advocacy and leadership skills building curriculum for grassroots leaders in underserved communities.
