Meetings

meetingsWhile the Center also designs and offers varied training events, sometimes a one-day, single meeting can be the most effective and time efficient way to convey vital information to employees and enrich their professional development.

A meeting should be a useful, informative and stimulating experience. The Center organizes a variety of meetings for DSS in order to convey crucial content and offer substantial professional development in settings that are comfortable and thoughtfully organized.

The Center organizes and manages all venue details. The test of a good meeting is when logistics run so smoothly that attendees can focus solely on the content without distractions such as overcrowded sessions, acoustics problems or confusing agendas.

Some examples of meetings the Center helps design and organize are:

  • Supervisor’s Summit
  • Palmetto Power Meeting (P2)
  • Community Partners Meeting
  • County Director’s Forum
  • Graduation Celebration
  • GOALL - "GOALL Youth Meeting"
  • Foster Youth Graduates
  • SC NYTD Youth Voice
  • Benefits Bank
