Natrisha Starr, BA, MA

Program Manager – Quality Assurance

Natrisha directs the work of the Quality Assurance (QA) Reviewers. This includes daily supervision and guidance, assignment of work tasks, and monitoring the quality of their work.  She provides on-site mentoring of staff as needed during QA reviews.   She also serves as a team leader on selected Department of Social Service QA Reviews.

Natrisha received her BA in social work from Alcorn State University in Mississippi and has a minor in sociology.  She also holds a master’s degree in professional mental health counselling from Webster University.

She has over twelve years of experience as a social worker. The majority of her professional career includes working as a child protective service investigator in Richland County Department of Social Services.  She has also served as a manager for a nonprofit organization for affordable housing and a case manager for Head Start.

Natrisha’s mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families not only on South Carolina but across the country and to ensure no children go to bed hungry or are without shelter.
