Margaret Marter

Quality Assurance Reviewer

Margaret currently serves as a Quality Assurance Reviewer. She has also previously served in Quality Assurance Co-Lead and Lead capacities, where she works in partnership with the South Carolina Department of Social Services to conduct reviews of child welfare cases. The focus of Quality Assurance is to ensure services rendered to children and families are of sufficient intensity, scope, and quality to meet their individual needs.

Margaret has served the Center in various administrative and program coordinator capacities since 1993. She provided extensive logistical and project management for the Training and Information Design Divisions during her tenure.

Margaret received her bachelor’s degree in English/Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and has completed significant post-graduate coursework towards a master of education degree in higher education administration.

The Center’s work fulfills Margaret’s personal mission of meaningful contribution towards positive outcomes for children and families.
