James Randolph, MA

Economic Services Training Program Manager   

James is responsible for the oversight of the Economic Services Training Team. He is also responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating various trainings and conferences for the Department of Social Services Economic Services staff.       

The Economic Services Training Team delivers Basic Training for Economic Service staff employed as Interviewers, Eligibility Workers, and Case Managers. We are also responsible for the development and delivery of annual Conferences for staff, based upon their specialized functions, as well as reviewing Fair Hearing decisions for compliance with agency policy and procedures.   

James has over sixteen years of supervisory experience and over twenty-three years of experience in training development and delivery.  Prior to joining CCFS as a Training Director, James was employed with the Department of Social Services for twenty-two years.  He has an associate’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Arts in Bible Exposition.

James sees his role as ensuring that those with whom the Center partners are provided meaningful, engaging, relevant, and transforming training that will have a positive impact on attendees and ultimately on those whom they serve.
