Quality Assurance Program Coordinator


LaTonya conducts Child and Family Service Qualitative Reviews statewide to ensure children and families served receive effective services and family outcomes are achieved. Her team is a diverse and highly knowledgeable group of professionals that strive for excellence.

LaTonya is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has a background in Human Services, which includes domestic violence treatment, sex offender treatment, adolescent residential alcohol and drug treatment, individuals with developmental disabilities, clinical supervision, therapeutic foster care, adoptions and crisis intervention.

LaTonya’s mission is to continue serving at-risk youth and individuals vulnerable due to mental health and/or economic challenges. She says, “I want to aid in building the bridge to heal the gap in humanity”.
