Courtney B. Foxe, MHA

Adult Advocacy Services Training Program Manager

Courtney Davis manages the Adult Protective Services Training Team. She works in partnership with CCFS staff to develop customized workforce training solutions. She also partners with the SC Department of Social Services Adult Advocacy Division to assist with workforce development. Courtney’s primary responsibility includes ensuring the delivery of quality training to the SCDSS staff who play a vital role in the protection of vulnerable adults.  

Courtney has a master’s degree in Health Administration from the University Of South Carolina Arnold School Of Public Health. She has thirteen years of experience in program development, training and technical assistance as a Research Associate at the Office for the Study of Aging, Arnold School of Public Health. She has been involved in various aging projects in SC, including serving as the Program Manager of a Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services Innovation Challenge Award. Her professional interests include healthy aging, quality improvement in community-based services, participant engagement, and caregiver support.

Courtney’s mission is to work closely with partners to create learning experiences that generate positive results.
