Kimberly Jowers, MSW, LCSW

Child Welfare Trainer

Kimberly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than twenty years of successfully leading efforts that empower, promote, and facilitate the building of healthy people and communities.  As a trainer at CCFS, Kimberly is a part of the Child Welfare Training Team that provides ongoing professional development to frontline practitioners and supervisory staff at South Carolina Department of Social Services.  She is also a part of the Leadership Academy for Middle Managers. 

As a nationally certified trainer, Kimberly speaks to audiences nationwide on the impact of generational poverty and providing resources that are a catalyst for change.  Kimberly is author of “The Maintenance Plan: Avoiding a Breakdown before Reaching Your Destiny” and several curricula designed to empower readers and participants to remove the barriers that keep them from living their best possible life.

Kimberly’s personal mission is to equip individuals with the tools necessary to achieve self-actualization and purpose.
