Monae Gibson

Administrative Assistant

Monae works as part of a team to support Center trainers with their training preparation. She is responsible for administrative and support services, including maintaining supplies, printing, travel, training announcements, and registration.  

Before joining CCFS, she spent over six years as a Customer Service Specialist at Yale University, where she monitored building maintenance and facility service for the needs of students, staff, and faculty.  She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University.

Monae’s goal is to provide excellent customer service while being friendly and helpful to others. She seeks to create a highly supportive environment for sharing and learning from each other.
