QA Benefits

A Quality Assurance review is one of the best tools to answer the questions, “What is best for our children and families right now? How can we better serve them with our current resources and staff?”

The QA process isn’t about simply identifying weakness – it’s a rich, complex look at how our system as a whole is functioning to help children who need us most.

Our highly skilled reviewers have excellent command of the child welfare system and of the process of a review. Moreover, they are sophisticated critical thinkers able to observe and interpret the complex data a review provides. They are able then, with the help of the Center’s Research team, to help translate that data into highly beneficial and supportive discussions that help counties best serve their children and families.

As we work with our partners to hone our care for children and families, we work towards our goal of greater well-being for all citizens statewide.
