Margaret Marter, Conference Manager at The Center for Child and Family Studies, College of Social Work, University of South Carolina, manages the logistics for conferences offered to DSS supervisors and workers throughout the state. She received her bachelor’s degree in English/Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and is currently working toward a master of education degree in higher education administration.
