Cheryl Worrell, of CCFS, has been invited to participate in the Preventing Child Fatalities: Promising Strategies for Improving the Outcomes of Fatality Reviews meeting in Washington, DC. The Commissioner of the Administration for Children and Families invited her after hearing her present at the National Citizen Review Panel meeting. She will share information about strategies the Citizens Review Panel in South Carolina uses in collaborating with agencies to reduce child fatalities. Mrs. Worrell manages the Community Services unit at CCFS, including the Citizens Review Panel and the HABLA Project.
